A special autonomy policy was implemented in Aceh in 2006, which differed in managing fiscal transfers from the central government. To this end, we examined the convergence of human development in districts/cities for thirteen years (period 2008-2020) as a form of development evaluation from the implementation of special autonomy.

Homogenization of nonlinear stochastic partial differential equations in a general ergodic environment [PDF]
In this paper, we show that the concept of sigma-convergence associated to stochastic processes can tackle the homogenization of stochastic partial differential equations.

Etoposide induces DNA damage, activating p53‐dependent apoptosis via caspase‐3/7, which cleaves PARP1. Dammarenediol II enhances this apoptotic pathway by suppressing O‐GlcNAc transferase activity, further decreasing O‐GlcNAcylation. The reduction in O‐GlcNAc levels boosts p53‐driven apoptosis and influences the Akt/GSK3β/mTOR signaling pathway ...

In this paper, we investigate the hyper-exponent of convergence of zeros of $f^{(j)}(z)-\varphi(z) (j\in N)$, where $f$ is a solution of second or $k(\geq2)$ order linear differential equation, $\varphi(z)\not\equiv0$ is an entire function satisfying ...

Skin biopsies taken from a patient with an ultra‐rare disorder as well as controls were cultured for up to 473 days. The chunks of skin were serially transferred to a new culture plate when confluent with fibroblasts. Different generations of fibroblasts were analyzed for cell and molecular properties, proliferation, and competence for reprogramming to

Slowdown in branching Brownian motion with inhomogeneous variance [PDF]
We consider a model of Branching Brownian Motion with time-inhomogeneous variance of the form \sigma(t/T), where \sigma is a strictly decreasing function.

In this paper, the concepts of $\sigma$-uniform density of subsets A of the set $\mathbb{N}$ of positive integers and corresponding $I_{\sigma}$-convergence were introduced. Furthermore, inclusion relations between $I_{\sigma}$-convergence and invariant convergence also $I_{\sigma}$-convergence and $[V_{\sigma}]_{p}$-convergence were given.

Clinical analysis reveals significant dysregulation of FGFRL1 in esophageal cancer (EC) patients. RNAi‐coupled next‐generation sequencing (NGS) and in vitro study reveal FGFRL1‐mediated EC progression via EMT, PI3K/Akt, and Notch pathways. Functional assays confirm its role in tumor growth, migration, and invasion.

Filter convergence and decompositions for vector lattice-valued measures
Filter convergence of vector lattice-valued measures is considered, in order to deduce theorems of convergence for their decompositions. First the $\sigma$-additive case is studied, without particular assumptions on the filter; later the finitely ...
