Geburtshilfe und Frauenheilkunde, 2005Colon cancer during pregnancy is rare. We report about a case of perforated sigmoid colon cancer in a 24-year-old woman in the 28th week of gestation. The clinical symptoms, histological characteristics and therapy options for this tumour are presented and discussed. The diagnostic features in pregnancy are reviewed.

[Sigmoid colovesical fistula associated with cancer of the sigmoid colon].
Archivos espanoles de urologia, 2004To report one case of colovesical fistula after the diagnosis of unresponsive urinary tract infection.The 76-year-old patient underwent a diagnostic work up including cystography, cystoscopy and barium enema.Cystography revealed an image of the sigmoid colon, and cystoscopy showed a granuloma at the bladder dome. A fistula was identified underneath.
