Frontline Workers and Civic Tech: Bridging the Responsiveness Gap in Digital Client Encounters
ABSTRACT As governments increasingly digitalize client encounters, there are growing concerns that standardized platforms may reduce bureaucratic responsiveness, particularly for historically underserved communities.
