比较Ｇｒａｖｅｓ病患者血清可溶性白细胞介素２受体（ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ）水平及其与甲状腺素（Ｔ４）、三碘甲腺原氨酸（Ｔ３）和促甲状腺激素（ＴＳＨ）等水平的相关性。结果显示：甲状腺机能亢进症未治疗组血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ明显升高；１２例Ｇｒａｖｅｓ病患者经抗甲状腺药物治疗后ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ明显降低；Ｇｒａｖｅｓ眼病经治疗临床甲亢症状缓解组血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ无明显改变；血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ与Ｔ３、Ｔ４呈正相关，与ＴＳＨ呈负相关。提示除了自身免疫功能紊乱外，甲状腺激素水平可能对Ｇｒａｖｅｓ病患者血清ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平起重要的调节作用。
