冠心病患者血清中可溶性白介素2受体(SIL-2R)水平的观察
, 1995 本工作用酶联免疫吸附试验双夹心法测定了26名冠心病人血清中可溶性白介素2受体（SIL－2R）的水平，同时用24名正常人及21名无动脉硬化的其他病人作对照。结果表明，冠心病人组的SIL－2R水平高于正常人组（P＜0．05），而无动脉硬化的其他病人组与正常人组之间则无差异。鉴于SIL－2R是T细胞被抗原激活后的产物，此结果说明病人体内有免疫应答增高的现象存在。提示这可能是冠心病发病机理中免疫损伤的部分内容，并提示临床防治冠心病时，除应纠正脂质代谢异常外 ...
