Clinical implication of serum sIL-2R levels in ovarian cancer
Current Medical Science, 1998The levels of serum soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R) of 36 patients with ovarian cancer, 34 with benign gynecological tumors and 31 blood donors were measured by ELISA. Compared to those of benign and normal controls, serum levels of sIL-2R in patients with ovarian cancer elevated significantly (P < 0.01). Serum sIL-2R levels were likely related

709 Colon cancer: SIL-2R and correlated mechanisms
European Journal of Cancer, 1995The current research has still not clarified why serum levels of sIL-2R increase in cancer patients. In order to establish whether this could be an independent event or there are correlated mechanisms, in colon cancer patients and controls we examined the level of this soluble receptor in correlation with phenotype of PBMC; serum levels of IL-6, TNF-α,

Soluble interleukin 2 receptor (sIL‐2R) levels in renal transplant recipients
Clinical Transplantation, 2004Abstract: Background: Allograft rejection is associated with T cell activation. T cell activation leads to secretion of soluble IL‐2 receptor and elevated serum soluble IL‐2 receptor (sIL‐2R) levels. However, the clinical implication of individual elevated sIL‐2 receptor levels is unclear. We followed levels of sIL‐2R pre‐ and post‐transplantation to

T cell subsets and sIL-2R/IL-2 levels in patients with glaucoma
American Journal of Ophthalmology, 2001We hypothesize that cellular immunity may have a previously unrecognized role in glaucomatous optic neuropathy. The purpose of this study is to analyze subsets of T cells and the levels of cytokine IL-2 and the soluble IL-2 receptor in peripheral blood from patients with normal pressure glaucoma (NPG) or primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) in comparison

[Expression of SIL-2R in Patients with Multiple Myeloma and Its Clinical Significance].
Zhongguo shi yan xue ye xue za zhi, 2022To investigate the expression and clinical significance of soluble interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R) in patients with multiple myeloma(MM).54 newly diagnosed MM patients in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from February 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the observation group, and 60 healthy people in our hospital in the ...

Soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R) in coeliac disease
1990Activation of T lymphocytes with mitogens or specific antigen induces the synthesis of interleukin-2 (IL-2) and the expression of specific cell surface receptors (IL-2R) for this growth factor [l]. The IL-2 receptor consists of at least two IL-2 binding polypeptides with different binding affinities [2].

The Effects of Exercise on IL-2/sIL-2R
2012The movement is a stress, it may cause the changes of organism immunity function which is influenced by many factors, in the immunity adjustment process, its interior has the very fine adjustment process. Through literature material, the purpose of this article is to summarize the influence of IL-2 /sIL-2R system.

Effect of shenmai Injection on SIL-2R NK and LAK cells of patients with advanced carcinoma
Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine, 1995Serum interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R) level activities of natural killer cell (NK) and lymphokine activated killer cell (LAK) cells were determined in 60 patients with advanced carcinoma (AC) before and after treatment with Shenmai injection (SMI), 40 healthy persons were taken as non-carcinoma control (NC).

[The significance of sIL-2R detection in various hepatic diseases].
Zhonghua liu xing bing xue za zhi = Zhonghua liuxingbingxue zazhi, 1998To study the alteration of the level of sIL-2R in acute and chronic hepatic diseases and its relation between alteration and the extent of damage to liver, the level of sIL-2R with hepatic disease was measured by a monoclonal and polyclonal Antibody ELISA. The result showed that the level increased differently in various hepatic diseases.

Possible prediction of underlying lymphoma by high sIL-2R/ferritin ratio in hemophagocytic syndrome
Annals of Hematology, 2011In some instances, because of the lack of mass formation and the absence of prominent lymph node enlargement, diagnosis of lymphoma-associated hemophagocytic syndrome (LAHS) is difficult, which results in the development of progressive disease with unfavorable prognosis.
