Serum soluble interleukin 2 (IL-2) receptor (sIL-2R) in differentiated thyroid carcinoma
Journal of Endocrinological Investigation, 1994Increased concentrations of serum soluble interleukin-2 (IL-2) receptor (sIL-2R), a marker of T-lymphocyte activation, have been found in several metastatic solid tumors. To our knowledge, no information is available on serum sIL-2R in differentiated thyroid carcinoma (DTC).

Soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R) in coeliac disease
1990Activation of T lymphocytes with mitogens or specific antigen induces the synthesis of interleukin-2 (IL-2) and the expression of specific cell surface receptors (IL-2R) for this growth factor [l]. The IL-2 receptor consists of at least two IL-2 binding polypeptides with different binding affinities [2].

[Soluble interleukin 2 receptor (sIL-2R) in chronic polyarthritis].
Zeitschrift fur Rheumatologie, 1990An ELISA was used to measure soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R) in the sera and synovial fluid (SF) of patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Patients with seropositive, as well as seronegative RA had raised levels of sIL-2R in serum and SF compared to patients with osteoarthritis and sex-age matched healthy subjects.

T cell subsets and sIL-2R/IL-2 levels in patients with glaucoma
American Journal of Ophthalmology, 2001We hypothesize that cellular immunity may have a previously unrecognized role in glaucomatous optic neuropathy. The purpose of this study is to analyze subsets of T cells and the levels of cytokine IL-2 and the soluble IL-2 receptor in peripheral blood from patients with normal pressure glaucoma (NPG) or primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) in comparison

The Effects of Exercise on IL-2/sIL-2R
2012The movement is a stress, it may cause the changes of organism immunity function which is influenced by many factors, in the immunity adjustment process, its interior has the very fine adjustment process. Through literature material, the purpose of this article is to summarize the influence of IL-2 /sIL-2R system.

[The significance of sIL-2R detection in various hepatic diseases].
Zhonghua liu xing bing xue za zhi = Zhonghua liuxingbingxue zazhi, 1998To study the alteration of the level of sIL-2R in acute and chronic hepatic diseases and its relation between alteration and the extent of damage to liver, the level of sIL-2R with hepatic disease was measured by a monoclonal and polyclonal Antibody ELISA. The result showed that the level increased differently in various hepatic diseases.

Cytokines are a group of low molecular weight glycoproteins important in cellular signaling for various responses such as activation and proliferation. They separate the cellular responses into Th1 and Th2 pathways, where each pathway releases its own cytokine group.
