Silting interval reduction and 0-Auslander extriangulated categories
We give a reduction technique for silting intervals in extriangulated categories, which we call "silting interval reduction". It provides a reduction technique for tilting subcategories when the extriangulated categories are exact categories.

ABSTRACT The geometry of alluvial river channels can give insight into their stability, which can inform predictions of morphological change, flood risk and ecological degradation. Fundamental hydraulic geometry relations can be used to estimate the equilibrium dimensions of stable river channels by evaluating the balance between the erodibility of bed

Tilting theory of commutative rings
The thesis compiles my contributions to the tilting theory, mainly in the set- ting of a module category over a commutative ring. We give a classification of tilting classes over an arbitrary commutative ring in terms of data of geometrical flavor ...

Restoring Lateral Connectivity to Anthropogenic Riverscapes: Six Lessons From Stage Zero
ABSTRACT Centuries of river modification, particularly straightening and incision, have severely reduced lateral connectivity between rivers and their floodplains. As a result, Stage 0 riverscapes, characterised by high lateral connectivity (e.g., anastomosing or wetland riverscapes), are now rare in anthropogenic landscapes.

ABSTRACT Declining natural resources, rising production costs, and diminishing returns from input‐intensive practices threaten the sustainability of smallholder rice systems in Bangladesh. Using a primal system approach and survey data from 1869 rice‐producing households, this study evaluates technical and allocative inefficiency across major agro ...

The exchange graph of a cluster algebra encodes the combinatorics of mutations of clusters. Through the recent "categorifications" of cluster algebras using representation theory one obtains a whole variety of exchange graphs associated with objects such

Abstract This study evaluates the seismic performance of elevated reinforced concrete (RC) water tanks in the Elbistan region following the February 6, 2023 Kahramanmaras–Elbistan earthquakes. Field investigations, visual damage surveys, non‐destructive testing (ultrasonic pulse velocity—UPV), concrete compressive strength measurements, peak ground ...

ABSTRACT This study evaluated the water quality of artesian wells and effluents generated in cassava processing in a rural area of Bragança, Pará, with emphasis on physicochemical parameters, multielement composition, and cyanogenic compounds. The well water presented specific nonconformities, highlighting pH values below the recommended level and high

Hereditary extriangulated categories: Silting objects, mutation, negative extensions
68 pages, v2: missing reference addedIn this article, we initiate the study of hereditary extriangulated categories. Many important categories arising in representation theory in connection with various theories of mutation are hereditary extriangulated.
