Our computational model of the optical absorption from multiwalled carbon nanotubes suggests the optical absorption depends strongly on the in‐plane electrical conductivity, and weakly on the through‐plane conductivity. Such strong absorption enables solar‐to‐thermal conversion for heat scavenging in cold climates and radiative cooling in hot climates,

The asymmetric Co–N2O2 coordination structure was precisely constructed through the assembly of Salen COF. The high‐spin (t2g4eg3$$ {\mathrm{t}}_{2\mathrm{g}}^4{\mathrm{e}}_{\mathrm{g}}^3 $$) Co center enables Pauling‐type O2 adsorption, inhibiting the cleavage of the O–O bond. π‐d conjugation enhances charge separation and transport.

Nanoindentation of Silver Nanowires
The hardness and elastic modulus of a silver nanowire was measured using a nanoindenter. It was found that the silver nanowire has comparable hardness and elastic modulus to bulk silver. An array of nanoscale indents was successfully made on the wire by directly indenting the wire. The shape and size of the indents are controllable. The nanoindentation
