Abstract Boundary Delay Systems and Application to Network Flow

open access: yesMathematical Methods in the Applied Sciences, Volume 49, Issue 1, Page 119-129, 15 January 2026.
ABSTRACT This paper investigates the well‐posedness and positivity of solutions to a class of delayed transport equations on a network. The material flow is delayed at the vertices and along the edges. The problem is reformulated as an abstract boundary delay equation, and well‐posedness is proved by using the Staffans–Weiss theory.

On Some Classes of Enriched Cyclic Contractive Self-Mappings and Their Boundedness and Convergence Properties

open access: yesMathematics
This paper focuses on dealing with several types of enriched cyclic contractions defined in the union of a set of non-empty closed subsets of normed or metric spaces.

ON MEASURES OF NONCOMPACTNESS IN INEQUALITIES

open access: yesНаучный вестник МГТУ ГА, 2017
Measures of noncompactness are numerical characteristics of bounded subsets of metric space, equal to zero on relatively compact subsets. The quantitative characteristic of measure of noncompactness of metric space subset was introduced by K. Kuratovskiy
