The paper deals with simultaneously approximation of \(n\) real-valued functions in \(L_p\). Some previous results concerning the problem in \(L_1\) and \(L_2\) norms and/or in \(L_p\) for a pair of functions \((n=2)\) are generalized.

Pharmacological chromatin remodeling enhances response to estrogen therapy in ER+ breast cancer

Estrogen therapy elicits clinical benefit in ~ 30% of patients with endocrine‐resistant estrogen receptor (ER)‐positive breast cancer. Based on findings that ER transcriptional activation underlies response to estrogen therapy, we tested the effects of epigenetic dysregulation via pharmacological inhibition of histone deacetylases (HDACi).

Universal approximation theorem for Dirichlet series

Gut microbiota alterations in patients with non‐small‐cell lung cancer undergoing chemoradiotherapy

We investigated the impact of concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CRT) on the gut microbiota in patients with locally advanced non‐small‐cell lung cancer. Overall gut microbiota composition remained largely stable throughout CRT while antibiotic exposure may influence microbial diversity.
