Semiparametric Estimation in Simultaneous Equations of Time Series Models [PDF]

open access: yes
A system of vector semiparametric nonlinear time series models is studied with possible dependence structures and nonstationarities in the parametric and nonparametric components.

ESTIMASI PARAMETER PADA SISTEM MODEL PERSAMAAN SIMULTAN DATA PANEL DINAMIS DENGAN METODE 2 SLS GMM-AB

open access: yesMedia Statistika, 2018
Single equation models ignore interdependencies or two-way relationships between response variables. The simultaneous equation model accommodates this two-way relationship form.

Refinement of amino‐acid conformation vs. difference density maps in time‐resolved serial femtosecond crystallography data analysis

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
The dFoCC pipeline starts with observed DED and resting‐state coordinates, which are then used to generate a library of triggered states. Correlation analysis of the calculated DED features of each candidate vs observed DED permits quantitative evaluation of candidate structural quality.

Foreign Direct Investment and Economic Growth in Morocco: Revisiting the Evidence with 2SLS

open access: yesEconomies
Background and Motivation: Foreign direct investment (FDI) has been widely examined as a potential driver of economic growth, yet empirical evidence for Morocco remains inconclusive due to methodological limitations and endogeneity concerns.

Pharmacological inhibition of the PERK pathway modulates hepatocellular carcinoma growth and immune signaling

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Pharmacological inhibition of PERK in a DEN‐induced mouse model of liver cancer does not reduce tumor burden but alters cellular stress signaling. Despite blocking PERK activity, downstream stress responses, including CHOP expression, remain active, suggesting compensatory mechanisms within the unfolded protein response that may influence tumor ...

Simultaneous solutions of matrix equations and simultaneous equivalence of matrices

open access: yes, 2012
Given matrices Ai, Bi and Ci (i∈I) of corresponding dimensions over a field F, we prove that: (i) if AiCiOBi are simultaneously similar to AiOOBi, then there exists a simultaneous solution X to the matrix Sylvester equations AiX-XBi=Ci; and (ii) if ...

Blowup solutions and their blowup rates for parabolic equations with non-standard growth conditions

open access: yesElectronic Journal of Qualitative Theory of Differential Equations, 2011
This paper concerns classical solutions for homogeneous Dirichlet problem of parabolic equations coupled via exponential sources involving variable exponents. We first establish blowup criteria for positive solutions.

Early‐life high‐fat diet exposure increases Achilles tendon stiffness and induces transcriptomic alterations

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Early‐life exposure to a high‐fat diet altered intact Achilles tendons in rat offspring, making them thinner, stiffer, and molecularly distinct even without injury. These findings suggest that developmental high‐fat diet exposure may impair tendon quality and increase susceptibility to mechanical overload or tendon injury later in life.
