Acoustic Green's Functions using the 2D Sinc-Galerkin Method

open access: yes, 2014
In many acoustic problems, the radiated sound field is dominated by scattering effects. Green's functions represent the scattering behaviour of a particular geometry and are required to propagate acoustic disturbances through complex geometries using integral methods.

Sinc-Galerkin method for solving hyperbolic partial differential equations

open access: yesAn International Journal of Optimization and Control: Theories & Applications (IJOCTA), 2018
In this work, we consider the hyperbolic equations to determine the approximate solutions via Sinc-Galerkin Method (SGM). Without any numerical integration, the partial differential equation transformed to an algebraic equation system. For the numerical calculations, Maple is used.

The shock solution for a class of the nonlinear equations by the Sinc-Galerkin method

open access: yesActa Physica Sinica, 2006
The shock problems for a class of the nonlinear singularly perturbed equations is studied. Using Sinc-Galerkin method, the shock solutions of boundary value problem are constructed, the approximate solution by Newton's method is obtained.
