Sinc collocation linked with finite differences for Korteweg-de Vries Fractional Equation

open access: yes, 2020
A novel numerical method is proposed for Korteweg-de Vries Fractional Equation. The fractional derivatives are described based on the Caputo sense. We construct the solution using different approach, that is based on using collocation techniques.

Convergence analysis of the sinc collocation method for integro-differential equations system [PDF]

open access: yesSahand Communications in Mathematical Analysis, 2016
In this paper, a numerical solution for a system of linear Fredholm integro-differential equations by means of the sinc method is considered. This approximation reduces the system of integro-differential equations to an explicit system of algebraic ...

Numerical solution of integro differential equations based on double exponential transformation in the sinc-collocation method

open access: yes, 2012
In this paper, we consider double exponential transformations to solve integro differential equations by Sinc collocation method. Numerical examples illustrate the validity and applicability of the method.

On the dynamical behavior of nonlinear Fitzhugh–Nagumo and Bateman–Burger equations in quantum model using Sinc collocation scheme

open access: yes, 2021
The main objective of this study is to numerically investigate the dynamical behavior of nonlinear Fitzhugh–Nagumo and Bateman–Burger systems through the Sinc collocation method by means of the θ-weighted scheme on various grid points of time-dependent ...

Legendre collocation method and its convergence analysis for the numerical solutions of the conductor-like screening model for real solvents integral equation

open access: yesBulletin of Computational Applied Mathematics, 2016
In this paper, a reliable algorithm for solving the nonlinear Hammerstein integral equation arising from chemical phenomenon is presented. The conductor-like screening model for real solvents (COSMO-RS) integral equation will be solved by the shifted ...

Sinc–Galerkin method based on the DE transformation for the boundary value problem of fourth-order ODE

open access: yes, 2007
In this paper a Sinc–Galerkin method incorporated with the double exponential transformation (abbreviated as the DE transformation) for the two-point boundary value problem of fourth-order ordinary differential equation is considered.
