ABSTRACT Objective To evaluate selumetinib exposure using therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) in pediatric patients with neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) and plexiform neurofibromas (PN), assess interpatient pharmacokinetic variability, and explore the relationship between drug exposure, clinical response, and adverse effects.

ABSTRACT Background and Aims Wilms tumour (WT) has excellent event‐free and overall survival (OS). However, small differences exist between countries participating in the same international study. This led us to examine variation in adherence to protocol recommendations as a potential contributing factor.

ABSTRACT Arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) are rare, high‐flow, vascular anomalies that can occur either sporadically or as part of a genetic syndrome. AVMs can progress with serious morbidity and even mortality if left unchecked. Sirolimus is an mTOR inhibitor that is effective in low‐flow vascular malformations; however, its role in AVMs is unclear.

A Cluster Expansion for Dipole Gases
We give a new proof of the well-known upper bound on the correlation function of a gas of non-overlapping dipoles of fixed length and discrete orientation working directly in the charge representation, instead of the more usual sine-Gordon representation.

ABSTRACT Objective To evaluate the diagnostic yield and utility of universal paired tumor–normal multigene panel sequencing in newly diagnosed pediatric solid and central nervous system (CNS) tumor patients and to compare the detection of germline pathogenic/likely pathogenic variants (PV/LPVs) against established clinical referral criteria for cancer ...

Towards the Construction of Wightman Functions of Integrable Quantum Field Theories
The purpose of the ``bootstrap program'' for integrable quantum field theories in 1+1 dimensions is to construct a model in terms of its Wightman functions explicitly.

ABSTRACT Purpose Although not always achieved, complete chemotherapy‐induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) control is the conventional goal of CINV prophylaxis. In this two‐center, mixed‐methods study, we sought to understand the preferences of adolescent patients and family caregivers for CINV control endpoints.

Optimal parameters for fiber Bragg gratings for sensing applications: a spectral study
The spectral characteristics viz. reflectivity, bandwidth, and sidelobes’ intensity for uniform and apodized (Gaussian, hyperbolic tangent, apod1, sine, and raised sine) fiber Bragg gratings (FBGs) were studied as a function of grating length and index ...

Quantization of Sine-Gordon solitons on the circle: semiclassical vs. exact results
We consider the semiclassical quantization of sine-Gordon solitons on the circle with periodic and anti-periodic boundary conditions. The 1-loop quantum corrections to the mass of the solitons are determined using zeta function regularization in the ...
