A Single-Phase Twin-Buck Inverter [PDF]
This paper proposes a simple single-phase twin-buck inverter to interface a DC source such as a renewable energy source to AC loads. It consisted of two identical buck converters with a sinusoidal duty ratio. The first converter produced a positive half cycle of a 50 Hz sinusoidal output voltage, and the second converter produced the negative one. Then,

A Fault-Tolerant Two-Motor Drive With FCS-MP-Based Flux and Torque Control [PDF]
Independently controlled multi-motor drives are typically realized by using a common dc link and independent sets of three-phase inverters and motors. In the case of an open-circuit fault in an inverter leg, one motor becomes single-phase.

A comprehensive genomic and proteomic analysis of cervical cancer revealed STK11 and STX3 as a potential biomarkers of chemoradiation resistance. Our study demonstrated EGFR as a therapeutic target, paving the way for precision strategies to overcome treatment failure and the DNA repair pathway as a critical mechanism of resistance.

Microcontroller Based Variable Frequency Power Inverter [PDF]
The variable frequency inverters have been used in wide applications, such as speed control of induction motors. The variable speed operation of a single phase and three-phase induction motors suffer from large harmonic and limited speed range. Therefore,

Inhibition of CDK9 enhances AML cell death induced by combined venetoclax and azacitidine
The CDK9 inhibitor AZD4573 downregulates c‐MYC and MCL‐1 to induce death of cytarabine (AraC)‐resistant AML cells. This enhances VEN + AZA‐induced cell death significantly more than any combination of two of the three drugs in AraC‐resistant AML cells.

Recent advances in single‐phase transformerless photovoltaic inverters
Photovoltaic (PV) power systems have been in the spotlight of scientific research for years. However, this technology is still undergoing developments, and several new architectures are proposed each year. This study describes the main challenges facing grid‐connected PV systems without galvanic isolation, then carries out a review of the state‐of‐the ...

HDAC4 is degraded by the E3 ligase FBXW7. In colorectal cancer, FBXW7 mutations prevent HDAC4 degradation, leading to oxaliplatin resistance. Forced degradation of HDAC4 using a PROTAC compound restores drug sensitivity by resetting the super‐enhancer landscape, reprogramming the epigenetic state of FBXW7‐mutated cells to resemble oxaliplatin ...

Torque behavior of one-phase permanent magnet AC motor [PDF]
This paper presents a detailed comparative study of two starting and running methods for a single-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor, equipped with a squirrel-cage rotor. The analysis of the motor performance is realized for a pulse width modulated
