Single Stage Repair of Hypospadias

Clinics in Plastic Surgery, 1980
To date, more than 300 procedures have been described for repair of hypospadias. The Horton- Devine operation was designed to obtain a successful repair of the urethra to the tip of the glans and an adequate release of the chordee in a single stage procedure.

BigNAS: Scaling Up Neural Architecture Search with Big Single-Stage Models

European Conference on Computer Vision, 2020
Neural architecture search (NAS) has shown promising results discovering models that are both accurate and fast. For NAS, training a one-shot model has become a popular strategy to rank the relative quality of different architectures (child models) using

Single‐Stage Management of Cholesteatoma

Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery, 1992
Surgical management of chronic otitis media with cholesteatoma can be performed in a single‐stage procedure, with revision surgery necessary because of recurrent disease or electively with unsatisfactory hearing results. We retrospectively reviewed 164 cases with cholesteatoma surgically managed from 1980 through 1986.

Single-Stage, Autologous Breast Restoration

Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, 2001
The skin-sparing mastectomy, when performed with immediate reconstruction, is a major advance in breast reconstruction. Traditionally, reconstruction of the nipple-areola complex is performed as a subsequent procedure. In this study, 17 patients (mean age, 43 years; range, 35 to 53 years) underwent one-stage breast and nipple-areola reconstruction over

Computer-assisted single-stage cranioplasty

2015 37th Annual International Conference of the IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society (EMBC), 2015
Cranioplasty treats and repairs cranial defects with a custom craniofacial implant (CCI). Typically, surgeons know the defect size prior to surgery. Recent efforts consider single-stage cranioplasty-performing the bony resection and fixating the CCI in a single operation.

Single-stage Amplifiers

1985
In chapter 4, the response of junction transistors to small signals was investigated. The transistor was, of course, assumed to be suitably biased to give normal operating conditions, the small input and output signals being superimposed on standing levels.

Experience with single stage hypospadias reconstruction

Journal of Pediatric Surgery, 1986
Our experience with single stage primary hypospadias repair in 96 patients over a 12-month period is reviewed. The ages ranged from 7 months to 14 years with an average of 3.5 years. Seventeen patients were 18 months or younger at the time of operation.

Single‐Stage Superchargers

Aircraft Engineering and Aerospace Technology, 1940
IN many types of engine the supercharger is built on to the accessory‐drive end, that is the rear of the engine, so that the supercharger shaft lies co‐axially or parallel with the crankshaft. This has the great advantage of permitting the use of simple spur gearing, but suffers from the disadvantage that in passing through both intake and delivery ...

Single-stage Instance Segmentation

ACM Transactions on Multimedia Computing, Communications, and Applications, 2020
Albeit the highest accuracy of object detection is generally acquired by multi-stage detectors, like R-CNN and its extension approaches, the single-stage object detectors also achieve remarkable performance with faster execution and higher scalability.
