Dirac‐Source Linear X‐Ray Detection Diode
Monolayer graphene imparts near linear current‐voltage behavior to a perovskite X‐ray detection diode, contrasting with conventional diode‐like responses. Exploiting graphene's Dirac dispersion and a Schottky‐like back‐to‐back junction, the device achieves six‐orders‐of‐magnitude dark current suppression while retaining linearity over 200 V, enabling ...

Single-Photon Counting Detectors
Various new developments for array detectors based on Silicon Single-Photon Avalanche Diodes (SPADs) were reported. Improved Si-SPAD technologies brought higher detection efficiency in the red wavelength range. Higher performance was attained with InGaAs/InP SPADs by employing fast circuit techniques and by monolithic resistor-detector integration. New

Pressure‐Assisted Dimensional Transformation of 2D Hydrogenated Borophene into 0D Boron Quantum Dots
Hydrogenated borophene (HB) is transformed into distinct boron nanostructures through a solvent‐free thermal process. Under flowing nitrogen, hydrogen escape promotes reconstruction into B2O3 nanoplatelets, whereas hydrogen‐induced pressure under sealed conditions facilitates fragmentation into boron quantum dots.

Myogenic Fusogen‐Engineered Lipid Nanoparticles Enhance mRNA Delivery in Skeletal Muscle
This study reports a biomimetic strategy of engineering full‐length Myomaker, a muscle‐specific fusogen, into lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) to harness the native myoblast fusion capability for skeletal muscle mRNA delivery. The resulting Mymk‐LNPs enhance transfection in differentiating myocytes and enable Cre‐mediated reporter activation in injured ...
