Multiple Criteria Evaluation Model Based On The Single Valued Neutrosophic Set

open access: yesNeutrosophic Sets and Systems, 2016
Gathering the attitudes of the examined respondents would be very significant in some evaluation models. Therefore, a multiple criteria approach based on the use of the neutrosophic set is considered in this paper. An example of the evaluation of restaurants is considered at the end of this paper with the aim to present in detail the proposed approach.

Neutrosophic Hierarchical Clustering Algoritms [PDF]

open access: yesNeutrosophic Sets and Systems, 2014
Interval neutrosophic set (INS) is a generalization of interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy set (IVIFS), whose the membership and non-membership values of elements consist of fuzzy range, while single valued neutrosophic set (SVNS) is regarded as ...

Synergistic Closed‐Loop Supply Chain Network Design by Considering Robustness, Risk: An Automotive Case Study

open access: yesEngineering Reports, Volume 7, Issue 3, March 2025.
ABSTRACT This study proposes a novel network architecture called SYnergistic CLosed‐loop Supply Chain Network Design (SYCLSCND), which incorporates antifragility, sustainability, and agility while considering environmental needs, risk, and robustness. Robust Stochastic Optimization (RSO) and weighted value at risk (WVaR) are recommended for coping with

Selection of Optimized Diagnostic Approach for Cardiovascular Diseases Leveraging Dynamic Linguistic Intuitionistic Fuzzy Decision‐Making Technique

open access: yesEngineering Reports, Volume 7, Issue 2, February 2025.
The Flow chart represents a model for the selection of optimized diagnostic approach for cardio vascular diseases. This novel model follows the concept of computational process incorporated with novel aggregation operators that are more flexible in nature.

ON BIPOLAR SINGLE VALUED NEUTROSOPHIC GRAPHS

open access: yesJournal of New Theory, 2016
In this article, we combine the concept of bipolar neutrosophic set and graph theory. We introduce the notions of bipolar single valued neutrosophic graphs, strong bipolar single valued neutrosophic graphs, complete bipolar single valued neutrosophic ...

Breaking barriers toward a net‐zero economy

open access: yesNatural Resources Forum, Volume 49, Issue 1, Page 138-159, February 2025.
Abstract Following The Paris Agreement and United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), a significant number of nations globally have pledged to achieve net‐zero emissions by 2050. The goal is to lower emissions while emphasizing economically and socially sustainable practices.

A novel method for single-valued neutrosophic multi-criteria decision making with incomplete weight information [PDF]

open access: yesNeutrosophic Sets and Systems, 2014
A single-valued neutrosophic set (SVNS) and an interval neutrosophic set (INS) are two instances of a neutrosophic set, which can efficiently deal with uncertain, imprecise, incomplete, and inconsistent information.

An Approach to Neutrosophic Subrings

open access: yesSakarya Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Dergisi, 2019
The purpose of thispaper is to observe some algebraic structures of a single valued neutrosophicset. For this reason, we introduce a new notion which is called a neutrosophicsubring by combining the ring structure and neutrosophic sets.

On Some Similarity Measures of Single Valued Neutrosophic Rough Sets

open access: yesNeutrosophic Sets and Systems, 2019
In this paper we have obtained the similarity measures between single valued neutrosophic rough sets by analyzing the concept of its distance between them and studied its properties. Further we have studied its similarity based on its membership degrees and studied its properties.

Anomaly Detection in an Open Set Environment Using Reinforcement Learning

open access: yesIET Information Security, Volume 2025, Issue 1, 2025.
In this research, we attempt to develop unknown anomaly detection models using a large‐scale unlabeled dataset and a limited number of partially labeled anomalies, addressing an important but mostly unsolved anomaly detection problem. This is a common situation in many important applications.
