Aberration correction in fetal ultrasound: Clinical evaluation on image quality improvement
Abstract Objective Obstetric ultrasound is key for assessing fetal growth and detecting anomalies, with image quality critical for diagnostic accuracy. Maternal body mass index (BMI) and other factors can impair quality. Aberration correction (AC) aims to reduce image quality degradation.

Are Princelings Truly Busted? Evaluating Transaction Discounts in China's Land Market
ABSTRACT This paper replicates Chen and Kung's 2019 analysis (The Quarterly Journal of Economics 134(1): 185–226). Inspecting the data reveals that nearly one‐third of transactions (388,903 out of 1,208,621) are perfect duplicates of other rows, excluding the transaction number.

Abstract Background Victimisation has been associated with self‐harm (with or without suicidal intent), but little is known about this association during young adulthood—a distinct developmental period. Further, not all individuals who experience victimisation will later engage in self‐harm, suggesting the influence of other factors.

Scaling of Short‐Duration, Summer Rainfall Event Temporal Profiles With Warming Over Great Britain
Temperature scaling has been used to analyse the temporal profiles of short‐duration, summer rainfall events in Great Britain, for sub‐hourly observed and convection‐permitting climate model (CPM) data. Results show an increase with dewpoint temperature of event total rainfall depth, maximum intensity, concentration and front‐loading.

Uniform bounds on the 1-norm of the inverse of lower triangular Toeplitz matrices
A uniform bound on the 1-norm is given for the inverse of a lower triangular Toeplitz matrix with non-negative monotonically decreasing entries whose limit is zero. The new bound is sharp under certain specified constraints.

An Extended Formulation With Valid Inequalities for the Capacitated Steiner Arborescence Problem
ABSTRACT Given a directed graph, the Capacitated Steiner Arborescence Problem (CSAP) aims to determine the least‐cost connection from the root node to terminal nodes requiring a demand through Steiner nodes coming with a capacity, such that there is a unique path from the root to each terminal. This paper presents a new extended formulation of the CSAP,

Placental Dysfunction and Congenital Heart Disease: Investigating the Placenta‐Heart Axis
ABSTRACT Objective Concurrent development of the placenta and heart during early gestation suggests a shared biological basis for the co‐occurrence of abnormal placentation and congenital heart disease (CHD). This study investigated the association between placental vascular pathology and CHD type.

Harnessing Natural Compounds in Psoriasis: Targeting Cellular Pathways for Effective Therapy
Natural compounds act on key cellular pathways in psoriasis by suppressing keratinocyte hyperproliferation, modulating Th17/IL‐17‐mediated immune responses, and reducing oxidative stress. These multi‐target effects highlight their potential as safer adjunctive therapies alongside conventional treatments.

Monetary Policy, Asset-price Bubbles and the Zero Lower Bound [PDF]
We use a simple model of a closed economy to study the recommendations of monetary policy-makers attempting to respond optimally to an asset-price bubble whose stochastic properties they understand. We focus on the impact which the zero lower bound (ZLB)

Each linear code can be described by a so-called code ideal. In order to utilize this ideal, Gröbner bases are required. Since many results depend on the chosen term order, knowledge of the universal Gröbner basis is advantageous.
