Prepubic Tendon Rupture and Uterine Herniation in a Late‐Term Kurdish Mare: A Case Report

A 14‐year‐old late‐term Kurdish mare presented with acute ventral distension, cranial displacement of the udder and reluctance to walk. Ultrasonography revealed a viable foetus and complete prepubic tendon rupture, leading to abdominal wall failure and severe ventral oedema.
