Electrocardiographic Predictors of Major Adverse Cardiovascular Events in Women With Suspected Ischemia and no Obstructive Coronary Artery Disease: Results of the Women's Ischemia Syndrome Evaluation

open access: yesAnnals of Noninvasive Electrocardiology, Volume 31, Issue 3, May 2026.
A cohort of 481 female participants of the Women's Ischemia Syndrome Evaluation (WISE) Original study clinically phenotyped as having suspect ischemia with no obstructive coronary arteries (INOCA) were evaluated for baseline ECG and clinical predictors of time to incident major adverse cardiac events (MACE).

Stabilizing Extreme Few‐Shot ECG Classification via Self‐Supervised Contrastive Pretraining

open access: yesAnnals of Noninvasive Electrocardiology, Volume 31, Issue 3, May 2026.
Under extreme few‐shot ECG classification, supervised training frequently collapses to degenerate solutions. Self‐supervised pretraining stabilizes optimization, eliminates early collapse, and enables reproducible multi‐class rhythm classification with limited labeled data. ABSTRACT In clinical electrocardiogram (ECG) analysis, high‐quality annotations

Correlation Analysis of 24‐h Minimum Heart Rate Levels and Deceleration Capacity of Heart Rate in Patients With Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicated With Essential Hypertension

open access: yesAnnals of Noninvasive Electrocardiology, Volume 31, Issue 3, May 2026.
Sex‐specific 24‐hour minimum heart rate (MHR) stratification in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and essential hypertension (T2DM‐EH). Three key findings are shown from subgroup analysis: (1) In the normal MHR group (Group B), advancing age independently predicts reduced deceleration capacity (DC) in both sexes.

Conduction System Pacing‐Induced Ventricular Arrhythmia: Case Report

open access: yesAnnals of Noninvasive Electrocardiology, Volume 31, Issue 3, May 2026.
In structurally compromised ventricles, LBBAP may unmask conduction–repolarization heterogeneities, increasing susceptibility to malignant ventricular arrhythmias in the early post‐implant period. Careful monitoring and individualized risk assessment are crucial in high‐risk patients.
