Transcriptomic signatures and network‐based methods uncover new senescent cell anti‐apoptotic pathways and senolytics

open access: yesThe FEBS Journal, Volume 292, Issue 8, Page 1950-1971, April 2025.
This study identifies new senescent cell antiapoptotic pathways (SCAPs) by analyzing transcriptomic signatures and co‐expression networks. We uncover novel antiapoptotic pathways, called SCAPs, and propose potential senolytic drugs, including Fluorouracil, which targets key SCAPs.

New Scenarios in Liver Transplantation for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

open access: yesLiver International, Volume 45, Issue 4, April 2025.
