Lost and found in translation: the value of the human imiquimod model
Topical imiquimod (IMQ), a Toll‐like receptor (TLR) 7 agonist, induces transient cutaneous inflammation and is widely used in preclinical research as a ‘psoriasis‐like’ mouse model. Ceftriaxone‐induced liver injury: Incidence, phenotypic characterization and predictive factors
Introduction Ceftriaxone is a widely used third‐generation cephalosporin in hospitalized patients. Although generally considered safe, it has been associated with hepatobiliary complications and emerging reports of drug‐induced liver injury (DILI). However, data on its true incidence, phenotypic patterns, and predictors remain limited. This study aimed

The effects of NETs on regeneration of various diabetic tissues, and strategies targeting NETs for diabetes tissue regeneration. In the diabetic environment, NETs undergo complex metabolic and immune reprogramming, leading to dynamic changes in antibacterial and proinflammatory functions, and affecting regeneration of multiple systemic tissues.
