Advanced Materials, EarlyView.A unique tri‐system interlocking top‐encased structure is formed for tin‐lead perovskites by the introduction of novel CGA additive. The fabricated tin‐lead perovskite NIR photodetector shows an outstanding specific detectivity of 2 × 1013 Jones at 940 nm, and the integrated 64 × 64 array demonstrates clear and accurate imaging abilities.
