Random Operators and Stochastic Equations, 2019Abstract In this paper, the scale mixtures of multivariate skew slash distributions is introduced. The probability density function with some additional properties are discussed. The first four order moments, skewness and kurtosis of this distribution are calculated.

Communications in Statistics - Theory and Methods, 2017ABSTRACTIn this article, the new family of multivariate skew slash distribution is defined. According to the definition, a stochastic representation of the multivariate skew slash distribution is derived. The first four moments and measures of skewness and kurtosis of a random vector with the multivariate skew slash distribution are obtained.

The Beta Moyal-Slash Distribution
2014In this paper, we introduce a generalization of the Moyal distribution via the beta-Moyal distribution. We define the new distribution by relation of a beta-Moyal random variable with respect to a power of a uniform random variable as ordinary slash distribution definition.

EM Estimation for Multivariate Skew Slash Distribution
2017In this paper, the class of multivariate skew slash distributions under different type of setting is introduced and its density function is discussed. A procedure to obtain the Maximum Likelihood estimators for this family is studied. In addition, the Maximum Likelihood estimators for the mixture model based on this family are discussed.
