Noise‐induced synaptopathy (NIS) is largely reversible due to self‐repair. NIS and noise‐induced hidden hearing loss are two concepts with similarities and differences. The major hearing deficits in NIHHL are temporal processing disorders. The translation of animal data in NIS studies to humans is hindered by many factors.

Epileptiform Activity and Seizure Risk Follow Long‐Term Non‐Linear Attractor Dynamics
This study leverages the HAVOK framework to model long‐term, nonlinear attractor dynamics underlying epileptiform activity and seizure risk in epilepsy patients. By identifying key forcing mechanisms driving chaotic transitions, the findings improve seizure risk forecasting over multi‐day cycles and provide a pathway for personalized, data‐driven ...

MSSC-BiMamba: Multimodal Sleep Stage Classification and Early Diagnosis of Sleep Disorders with Bidirectional Mamba [PDF]
Monitoring sleep states is essential for evaluating sleep quality and diagnosing sleep disorders. Traditional manual staging is time-consuming and prone to subjective bias, often resulting in inconsistent outcomes. Here, we developed an automated model for sleep staging and disorder classification to enhance diagnostic accuracy and efficiency ...

Identifying biomarkers associated with PTC, particularly those related to PTMC progression, is crucial for precise risk stratification and treatment planning. This study utilized single‐cell RNA sequencing on 19 surgical tissue specimens, confirmed PROS1/MERTK axis as a critical component of the cellular microenvironment and a key regulatory mechanism ...
