Abstract numeration systems on bounded languages and multiplication by a constant [PDF]
A set of integers is $S$-recognizable in an abstract numeration system $S$ if the language made up of the representations of its elements is accepted by a finite automaton.

Residual magnetization induces pronounced mechanical anisotropy in ultra‐soft magnetorheological elastomers, shaping deformation and actuation even without external magnetic fields. This study introduces a computational‐experimental framework integrating magneto‐mechanical coupling into topology optimization for designing soft magnetic actuators with ...

Limits of Baumslag-Solitar groups and dimension estimates in the space of marked groups [PDF]
We prove that the limits of Baumslag-Solitar groups which we previously studied are non-linear hopfian C*-simple groups with infinitely many twisted conjugacy classes.

A flexible pressure sensor utilizing a 3D dual‐pore polyurethane structure is developed to overcome the intrinsic trade‐off between sensitivity and linearity. By inducing sequential buckling through distinct pore sizes and shapes, the device achieves highly linear and sensitive responses across a wide pressure range.

Phenotype Expansion of Malan Syndrome: New Cases and a Review of the Literature
ABSTRACT Malan syndrome is an ultra‐rare overgrowth syndrome caused by pathogenic variants or deletions in nuclear factor one X (NFIX) located at 19p13.2. Here, we report a comprehensive literature review and phenotyping of known patients with Malan syndrome and present a novel cohort of eight patients.

Descriptive, comparative, and functional anatomy of the facial musculature in cattle (Bos taurus)
Abstract Facial expressions can provide insight into animal emotions and pain, but no standardized system for assessing the entire facial display in cattle (Bos taurus Linnaeus) exists. The Facial Action Coding System (FACS), originally developed for humans, identifies distinct facial movements based on mimetic muscles.

Descriptions of new luperine genera and species from Mexico : with keys to related taxa (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae: Galerucinae) [PDF]
The section Scelidites ofthe subtribe Luperina is diagnosed and described. A key is provided to separate the genera within this section. Cyphotarsis Jacoby is reduced to a junior synonym of Metacoryna Jacoby.
