Simultaneous damage of cavitation erosion, and slurry wear of SUS 304 was studied by using a test apparatus with the combination of an ultrasonic vibratory cavitation device and a slurry jet device. The tests were carried out in slurry having concentrations from 0 mass percent to 6 mass percent. The slurry was made of tap water and silica sand.
