Linguistic Deviation and Techniques of Translation in Spring of Kumari Tears
A linguistic deviation occurs when a writer chooses not to abide the rules of a standard language. It is one of the ways to achieve artistic merit. Through linguistic deviation, a writer can communicate unique experiences that cannot be effectively ...

ABSTRACT Purpose Although not always achieved, complete chemotherapy‐induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) control is the conventional goal of CINV prophylaxis. In this two‐center, mixed‐methods study, we sought to understand the preferences of adolescent patients and family caregivers for CINV control endpoints.

Intravitreal GD2‐Specific Chimeric Antigen Receptor T‐Cell Therapy for Refractory Retinoblastoma
ABSTRACT Effective treatments for advanced, treatment‐resistant retinoblastoma (RB) remain limited. GD2‐specific chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells show potent antitumor activity with minimal toxicity but have not previously been evaluated in RB.

Quantization from an exponential distribution of infinitesimal action
A statistical model of quantization based on an exponential distribution of infinitesimal action is proposed. Trajectory which does not extremize the action along an infinitesimal short segment of path is allowed to occur with a very small probability ...

Small deviations in lognormal Mandelbrot cascades
We study small deviations in Mandelbrot cascades and some related models. Denoting by $Y$ the total mass variable of a Mandelbrot cascade generated by $W$, we show that if $\log \log 1/P(W \leq x) \sim \log \log 1/x$ as $x \to 0$ with $ > 1$, then the Laplace transform of $Y$ satisfies $\log \log 1/\E e^{-t Y} \sim \log \log t$ as $t \to \infty$

STRONGLY COHEN–MACAULAY IDEALS OF SMALL SECOND ANALYTIC DEVIATION [PDF]
In this paper, the strongly Cohen–Macaulay ideals of second analytic deviation one are characterized in terms of the depth properties of the powers of the ideal in the ‘standard range’. This provides an explanation of the behaviour of certain ideals that have appeared in the literature.

Outcomes of Live Virus Vaccination in Patients With Vascular Anomalies Being Treated With Sirolimus
ABSTRACT Background Live vaccination in patients with vascular anomalies (VA) receiving sirolimus remains controversial due to immunosuppressive effects and theoretical risks. Procedure This single‐center retrospective study included patients with VA less than 4 years old at the start of sirolimus therapy who were incompletely vaccinated.
