mGluR5 in ECCCK to BLA Circuit Modulates Depressive‐Like Phenotypes through CCK Signaling
Dysregulation of mGluR5 and CCK signaling contributes to major depressive disorder, yet circuit‐level mechanisms remain unclear. Here, the ECCCK→BLA pathway is identified as a critical regulator of affective behavior. mGluR5 modulates synaptic function and CCK signaling within this circuit, controlling stress susceptibility and depressive‐like states ...

ABSTRACT Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) can be transformed into hydrogen (H2) through several chemical and catalytic processes, offering a promising route for both waste treatment and clean H2 production. This colorless, flammable, and toxic gas is found abundantly in swamps, volcanoes, hot springs, sewages, other natural gas fields, and even in refineries and

Smart City Solution Engineering
Many smart city applications have been proposed and demonstrated over the years; however, moving to large-scale deployment is still scarce. A contributing factor to this scarcity is the lack of well-established engineering methodologies for large-scale ...

This study designs a targeted nanocomposite (ct@HMCF‐Dex) that responds to acidic infection microenvironments, releasing components which amplify oxidative stress. It disrupts bacterial redox balance, chelates metals to sustain lipid peroxidation, and synergistically induces cuproptosis/ferroptosis‐like death.

The timescape of smart cities [PDF]
To date, critical examinations of smart cities have largely ignored their temporality. In this paper I consider smart cities from a temporal perspective arguing that they produce a new timescape and constitute space-time machines. The first half of the paper examines temporal relations and rhythms, exploring how smart cities are the products of and ...
