Amorphous Tungsten Driving Extraordinary Long‐Range Interlayer Exchange Coupling and Large Spin‐Orbit Torque

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
The amorphous tungsten (W) is found to be a promising non‐magnetic interlayer simultaneously driving the long‐range interlayer exchange coupling and the large spin Hall effect in a synthetic antiferromagnet (SyAF). Thanks to these characteristics, efficient spin‐orbit torque switching is achieved in the SyAF.

AI‐Assisted Ultrasensitive Biosensing using Metal‐Electrolyte‐Metal‐Insulator‐Silicon Structure Based on Oxygen‐Tunable Iridium Oxide Nanonets for Lysyl‐Oxidase‐Like‐2 Breast Cancer Detection

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
An oxygen‐controlled iridium‐oxide (IrOx) nano‐net structure is developed to enhance the sensitivity of metal‐electrolyte‐metal‐insulator‐silicon (MEMIS) biosensors. Integrated with a deep learning model, this platform achieves a high accuracy of 94.8% for detecting the breast cancer biomarker LOXL2.

Complementary or Competitive? Emerging Interactions Between Restoration and Protection in the Conservation Reserve Program

open access: yesApplied Economic Perspectives and Policy, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The USDA's Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) delivers environmental benefits to society by enrolling cropland and grasslands to reestablish or safeguard long‐term vegetative cover. In recent years, the CRP has dramatically increased grassland enrollment while cropland enrollment has been in steady decline. This paper uses descriptive analysis,

Determinants of Knowledge and Usage of Generative Artificial Intelligence in Agricultural Extension: Evidence From Tennessee Extension Personnel

open access: yesAgribusiness, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This paper examines the determinants of generative AI (GenAI) knowledge and usage among agricultural extension professionals. Drawing on survey data from agricultural extension personnel in Tennessee, we employ regression analyses and latent Dirichlet allocation (LDA) for topic modeling of open‐ended responses to study the knowledge and usage ...
