In-vitro Evaluation of Irrigants for the Removal of Smear Layers
Introduction The smear layer formed during canal preparation can cause failure by blocking the dentinal tubule, preventing sealer penetration and hampering bonding. Improper obturation can lead to microleakage and bacteria in the smear layer. Various irrigating materials and solutions are being studied for removing the smear layer.

GA‐optimized LSTM for full stress–strain curve prediction of high‐performance cementitious materials. Compression‐test data are preprocessed (cleaning, normalization, interpolation/standardization, and Savitzky–Golay smoothing). A Genetic Algorithm tunes LSTM hyperparameters, while a physics‐informed loss enforces stiffness, peak response ( σ max ...

Withania somnifera seed extract and powder improved metabolic parameters in rats, particularly at higher extract doses, without evident hepatic, renal, hematological, or histopathological toxicity. Molecular docking further predicted strong DPP‐4 inhibitory potential of withanone, supporting the antidiabetic potential of W. somnifera seeds.
