Low-energy effective field theory below the electroweak scale: operators and matching
The gauge-invariant operators up to dimension six in the low-energy effective field theory below the electroweak scale are classified. There are 70 Hermitian dimension-five and 3631 Hermitian dimension-six operators that conserve baryon and lepton number,

Consistent Searches for SMEFT Effects in Non-Resonant Dijet Events
We investigate the bounds which can be placed on generic new-physics contributions to dijet production at the LHC using the framework of the Standard Model Effective Field Theory, deriving the first consistently-treated EFT bounds from non-resonant high ...

SMEFT predictions for semileptonic processes
The SU(2)L×U(1)Y invariance of the Standard Model effective field theory (SMEFT) predicts multiple restrictions in the space of Wilson coefficients of U(1)em invariant effective Lagrangians such as the low-energy effective field theory (LEFT), used for low-energy flavor physics observables, or the Higgs effective field theory (HEFT) in unitary gauge ...

Two-loop anomalous dimensions for baryon-number-violating operators in SMEFT
We compute the two-loop renormalization-group equations for the baryon-number-violating dimension-six operators in the SMEFT. This includes all three gauge interactions, the Yukawa, and Higgs self-interaction contributions.

Electroweak Corrections to Higgs to $\gamma\gamma$ and $W^+W^-$ in the SMEFT
Higgs decays to gauge boson pairs are a crucial ingredient in the study of Higgs properties, with the decay $H\rightarrow\gamma\gamma$ being particularly sensitive to new physics effects.

We point out that, although SMEFT is constructed to be model-independent, this holds only if complete sets of operators are used. SMEFT analyses that focus on subsets of operators are only semi-model-independent. They probe classes of ultraviolet models, opening a window to the underlying new physics.

Analytic results for electroweak precision observables at NLO in SMEFT
We present analytic results for electroweak precision observables (EWPO) at next-to-leading order (NLO) in dimension-six SMEFT, with no assumptions on the flavour structure of SMEFT Wilson coefficients. The results are given in five different electroweak

The minimal seesaw scenario can radiatively generate the Higgs potential to induce electroweak symmetry breaking while supplying an origin of the Higgs vacuum expectation value from an underlying Majorana scale.

Reactor neutrino oscillations as constraints on effective field theory
We study constraints on the Standard Model Effective Field Theory (SMEFT) from neutrino oscillations in short-baseline reactor experiments. We calculate the survival probability of reactor antineutrinos at the leading order in the SMEFT expansion, that ...

Global fit to $b \to c \tau \nu$ transitions
We perform a general model-independent analysis of $b \to c \tau \bar{\nu}_\tau $ transitions, including measurements of $\mathcal{R}_D$, $\mathcal{R}_{D^*}$, their $q^2$ differential distributions, the recently measured longitudinal $D^*$ polarization ...
