Indium Gallium Zinc Oxide (IGZO) thin‐film transistors (TFTs) are attractive for monolithic 3D integration due to their low‐temperature processability and good electrostatic control. However, mobility remains a limitation. This work explores indium ratio modulation via plasma‐enhanced atomic‐layer deposition (PEALD) and post‐deposition annealing (PDA).
