Dynamic Bonds Reinforced Polyamide Elastomer for Biomedical Orthosis

A dynamic bonds (DBs) reinforced shape memory polyamide elastomer is developed using reactive extrusion. Dynamic covalent networks enhance interlayer adhesion in 4D‐printed objects by utilizing the combined effects of multiple DBs, reducing mechanical anisotropy and improving the mechanical and shape memory properties.

Supramolecular Chalcogen‐Bonded Shape Memory Actuators

Supramolecular chalcogen‐bonded liquid crystal elastomers incorporating Se⋯N interactions exhibit distinct shape memory and actuation properties. Stronger Se⋯N ChBs enable programmable one‐way and two‐way SME, while weaker S⋯N ChBs fail to induce actuation.

Enantioconvergent Cobalt‐Catalyzed Hydroalkylation for the Construction of Fluoro, Chloro, and Trifluoromethyl Stereogenic Centers

Cobalt‐hydride catalyzed enantioconvergent hydroalkylation with allenes and alkenes is achieved with high chemo‐, regio‐, and enantioselectivity. This method allows the streamlined synthesis of enantiomerically enriched C(sp3)–fluorine, –chlorine, and –trifluoromethyl stereocenters.
