Sustainable Poly(Lactic Acid)/Graphene Oxide Bioelectronic Platform for Neurotransmitters Sensing and Tunable Stimulation of Astrocytes

This work introduces sustainable PLA/graphene oxide bioelectronic interfaces featuring electrodes with tunable conductivity and strong electrocatalytic performance. These platforms were used to implement a new method for tuning astrocyte Ca2+ signaling and for the efficient detection of key biomarkers.

Morphological Characterization of Spherulites in Silk‐Polycaprolactone Mixtures: Implications for Textured Materials

Blending silk fibroin with polycaprolactone alters crystalline organization and surface morphology. Low fibroin levels promote ring‐banded spherulites, while higher contents generate porous, pit‐like textures, though overall crystallinity remains unchanged. Flexible Pressure Sensor With Co‐Optimized Sensitivity and Linearity Based on Gradient Toroidal Microstructures

A flexible piezoresistive pressure sensor with gradient toroidal CNT/PDMS microstructures is reported. The hierarchical geometry enables sequential electrode contact, achieving a sensitivity of 256.20 kPa−1 and linear response (R2 = 0.99) over 0–1000 kPa.
