GelMA‐based 3D spheroids recapitulate transcriptomic and functional hallmarks of myeloid sarcoma
GelMA 5% hydrogels support the formation of myeloid leukemia spheroids that recapitulate MS‐specific features, including G1 arrest, apoptosis, and ECM‐driven transcriptomic reprogramming. The 3D model mimicked soft‐tissue‐like stiffness and oxygen conditions, and transcriptomic convergence with primary MS samples confirmed its utility as a preclinical ...

Long‐Term Follow‐Up of Chemotherapy‐Associated Biological Aging in Women With Early Breast Cancer
Women threated with adjuvant chemotherapy for early breast cancer have sustained long‐term increase in p16INK4a,, a robust marker of cell senescence, suggesting a chemotherapy‐associated age acceleration. p16INK4a as well as other biomarkers may identify patients at greatest risk for senescence‐related diseases of aging.

A uniqueness theorem for mean periodic functions on the Bessel – Kingmann hypergroup [PDF]
One of the properties of a periodic function on the real axis is that it is completely determined by its values on the period. This fact admits the following nontrivial multidimensional generalization: if a function $f\in C^\infty (\mathbb R^n)$ $(n\

The inherent smoothing of whole-disk solar indices
Numerical indices for most visible solar features are tabulated on a daily basis. Some indices, such as sunspot number, sunspot area, calcium plage area, etc., have been tabulated for many years. In almost all cases (except for coronal observations which refer only to the limbs) the tabulated indices refer to the entire visible disk or to a central ...

CSF Monoamine Metabolites and Cognitive Trajectory in Early Parkinson's Disease
ABSTRACT Background Imaging and postmortem studies indicate that abnormalities in monoaminergic neurotransmission contribute to cognitive impairment in Parkinson's disease (PD). However, it remains uncertain if cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) monoamine metabolites can serve as biomarkers of cognitive decline in early PD.
