Carbon monoxide binding states over SnO2 and Pt(l%)/SnO2 [PDF]

open access: yes, 1990
1122-1124Carbon monoxide binding states on SnO2 and Pt/SnO2 have been investigated using thermal desorption spectroscopy(TDS). A fourier transform infrared spectrophotometer is attached with TDS for simultaneous analysis of evolved gases.

Breaking the Durability–Power Trade‐Off: Boron‐Directed Faceted O3 Cathodes for High‐Rate Sodium‐Ion Batteries

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
Boron‐oxide‐assisted particle engineering stabilizes O3‐type layered cathodes for sodium‐ion batteries by mitigating phase transitions and lattice strain. Acting as flux and structural modifier, boron forms submicron hexagonal platelets with (003) facets and expanded Na‐layer spacing, enabling rapid Na⁺ diffusion and mechanical resilience.

Dry‑Contact Trimming for All‑Perovskite Tandem Solar Cells via Solid‑Solution Homogenization

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
Narrow‐bandgap Sn–Pb perovskites are promising bottom absorbers for all‐perovskite tandems but suffer from Sn‐rich surfaces and depth‐dependent lattice/compositional inhomogeneity. Layered‐perovskite‐assisted dry‐contact trimming removes Sn‐rich surface species and reconfigures the Sn–Pb absorber, enabling efficient charge collection, reduced voltage ...

SnO2:NGO ???????????? ?????? ????????????????????? ???????????? ?????? ??????

open access: yes, 2019
Due to high electron mobility, excellent charge selective behavior with a large band gap of 3.76 eV, and low temperature processibility, tin oxide (SnO2) is commonly used as an electron transport layer in perovskite solar cells (PeSCs).

Alcohol‐Adduct Mediated Precursor Stabilization Strategies for Conformal SnO2 Layers in Highly Efficient and Stable Perovskite Solar Modules

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
An alcohol‐adduct‐mediated strategy is employed to stabilize tin isopropoxide for the formation of a homogeneous double electron transport layer (ETL) incorporating SnO2 nanoparticles (NPs). This double‐ETL exhibits improved optical and charge‐transport properties due to reduced defect density and better energy level alignment, resulting in high ...
