Amorphous In–Sn–Ga–O channels are presented as hydrogen‐tolerant oxide semiconductors for DRAM‐relevant thermal processes. Systematic comparisons of ternary oxides separate elemental and crystallinity effects under 400–600°C H2 annealing. Sn incorporation and amorphous structure suppress thickness loss and enable field‐effect transistors to retain ...

At room temperature graphene/SnO2 is better than MWCNT/SnO2 as NO2 gas sensor
Graphene/SnO2 and multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT)/SnO2 composites are synthesized by sol–gel process on adding 0.2 weight% of graphene and MWCNT into the precursor sol. The gas response of these composite was measured at room temperature.

Boron‐oxide‐assisted particle engineering stabilizes O3‐type layered cathodes for sodium‐ion batteries by mitigating phase transitions and lattice strain. Acting as flux and structural modifier, boron forms submicron hexagonal platelets with (003) facets and expanded Na‐layer spacing, enabling rapid Na⁺ diffusion and mechanical resilience.
