We develop a magnesium‐doping strategy to delicately modulate the alkaline substrate‐induced reactions, ensuring high‐quality CsPbI3 perovskite emissive layers with substantially improved stability. The resultant deep‐red LEDs demonstrate a high peak external quantum efficiency of 23.62% and an exceptional half‐lifetime stability of 376 h at 20 mA cm−2,

Sulfur‐precursor and ligand engineering regulate the nucleation, morphology, and energetic disorder of CuSbS2 nanocrystals for dopant‐free inorganic hole‐transport layers in perovskite solar cells. Thiourea‐assisted synthesis combined with optimized OAm/OAc coordination suppresses excessive anisotropic growth, enabling mixed plate‐like/quasi‐spherical ...

An n‐type SnOx layer is constructed in situ on tin perovskite surfaces by converting surface‐enriched Sn4+ species through a one‐step SnCl2·2H2O treatment. This strategy enhances interfacial charge extraction and suppresses defect‐induced degradation, boosting the power conversion efficiency from 13.21% to 16.02% while maintaining negligible efficiency

PHOTOEMISSION-STUDY ON THE SNO2/P A-SICX-H INTERFACE
Ultraviolet and X-ray photoemission spectroscopies (UPS and XPS) have been employed to SnO2 and its interface with P-type a-SiCx:H. The HeI valence band spectra of SnO2 show that the valence band maximum (VBM) shifts from 4.7 eV to 3.6 eV below the ...

Advances in Se Wide‐Bandgap Photovoltaics and TexSe1‐x SWIR Photodiodes
In this review, fundamental properties and current challenges in Se photovoltaics (PVs) for tandem and indoor PVs and TexSe1‐x alloys for short wave infrared photodiodes are discussed. A case is made for the practicality of elemental chalcogenide optoelectronics, and a pathway toward resolving the key challenges in these respective technologies is ...

Surface characterization study on SnO2 powder modified by thiourea
The SnO2 material prepared by sol-gel method was modified by thiourea solution in different concentrations (0.05, 0.1 and 0.2 mol dm(-3)). Then the structure and the average grain size of the SnO2 material were investigated by X-ray power diffraction. In
