Over the past 20 years, researchers have shown increasing interest in Social Network Analysis to understand Second Language Acquisition (SLA), especially in Study Abroad (SA) context. To date, few longitudinal studies have examined the joint evolution of learners' sociolinguistic competence and socialisation during SA.
