The socle and fuzzy socle of a BCI-algebra
Fuzzy Sets and Systems, 1995We introduce the notion of orthogonal complement or annihilator in general BCI-algebras, and the corresponding notion in the fuzzy ideals. Various properties are proved, and the related notions of the socle and fuzzy socle of a BCI-algebra are investigated. It is shown that a non-zero weakly commutative, artinian BCI-algebra has non-zero socle.

A right module over an associative ring with unity is a -module if every finitely generated submodule of any homomorphic image of is a direct sum of uniserial modules. In this paper we focus our attention to the socles of fully invariant submodules and introduce a new class of modules, which we term socle-regular -modules.

On the Hilbert function of Gorenstein algebras of socle degree four
, 2020The first example of a non unimodal Gorenstein h-vector was given by Stanley, it is ( 1 , 13 , 12 , 13 , 1 ) . In [14] the authors showed that Stanley's example is optimal, i.e., the vector ( 1 , 12 , 11 , 12 , 1 ) is not a Gorenstein h-vector.

Characterization of Groups with Non-simple Socle
Mediterranean Journal of Mathematics, 2020The spectrum of a finite group is the set of its element orders. We prove that if m>5\documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage ...
