Alleviation of sodic water irrigation induced sodicity through microbial bioformulations

A field experiment was conducted during rainy (kharif) season of 2019, 2020 and 2021 at Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana, Punjab to evaluate the potential of microbial bio-formulations with or without gypsum for ameliorating irrigation water-induced sodicity stress.

Cell therapy comparison of dental pulp stem cells, hepatocytes, and their exosomes for liver fibrosis treatment in rats

DPSCs, hepatocytes, and exosomes were tested for liver fibrosis therapy. Exosome‐based treatment exhibited superior antioxidative and regenerative effects. Liver enzymes, oxidative stress, and profibrotic markers were significantly reduced. α‐SMA, desmin, and related gene expression were downregulated.

2‐Azaazulenium Hemicyanine Dyes for NIR‐II Multimodal Imaging and Combined Phototherapy

A strategically engineered class of 2‐azaazulenium hemicyanines is developed, featuring bright fluorescence in the second near‐infrared (NIR‐II) window and multifunctional performance. SWJT‐OCH3 shows type I/II reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation and excellent photothermal activity.
