Solution Behaviour of Mixed Surfactant Systems In The Presence Of Electrolytes and Their Effect on Oscillatory Rheological Properties of Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose [PDF]
Data on critical micelle concentration (CMC) of mixed surfactant system containing solution of CTAB + IGEPAL CO 890 have been evaluated as a function of mole fraction of CTAB. The results have been studied in terms of Rubingh’s theory and the interaction

Engineering Trace‐Amount Electrolyte Additives for Aqueous Zinc Batteries
Large‐amount additives primarily modify the bulk electrolyte by coordinating with Zn2+ or reshaping the hydrogen‐bond network, thereby altering the overall solution chemistry. In contrast, trace‐amount additives mainly operate at the electrode–electrolyte interface, regulating Zn deposition through electric double‐layer modulation, interfacial ...

ABSTRACT Conductive pitch‐based porous carbon materials were synthesized and systematically investigated as high‐performance electrode materials for supercapacitors. Petroleum‐derived pitch was thermally treated and chemically activated using KOH and NaOH at different pitch: activating agent molar ratio (1:1, 1:2, and 1:4) to optimize the pore ...

Complexity Analysis of Bubble Plumes in Power Law Fluids Based on Chaos Theory
ABSTRACT In order to reveal the complexity of the internal flow of bubble plume in power law fluid, the flow characteristics and chaotic characteristics of plume are studied by experiment and theory. The chaotic characteristic parameters (correlation dimension D, K entropy, and Lyapunov exponent λ) of gas velocity under different superficial gas ...

ABSTRACT Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVdF) is commonly used as a binder material in the preparation of anode or cathode electrode slurries for commercial Li‐ion batteries (LIBs). High‐cost PVdF binder generally requires the use of toxic and environmentally unfriendly N‐methyl‐2‐pyrrolidone (NMP) as a solvent for dissolution.
