IMPDH inhibition enhances cytarabine efficacy in SAMHD1‐expressing leukaemia cells via guanine nucleotide depletion

Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.

すでに報告したカリウム化合物にひきつづき, 四極子型質量分析計とクヌーゼンセル型イオン源を組合せた装置により, ナトリウム硫酸塩および炭酸塩の熱解離反応を検討した。硫酸ナトリウムについては, 1,200~1,500°K の範囲で検討し, 熱解離生成物として Na, Na2O, O2, SO および SO2 を検出した。一方, 炭酸ナトリウムについては, 1,170~1,550°K の範囲で検討し, C, 0, Na, CO, O2, NaOH, Na2O および CO2 を検出した。しかしいずれの場合も NaO, Na2O2など Na2O 以外のナトリウム酸化物は確認できなかった。また, 硫酸塩の場合には SO, SO2 以外の硫黄酸化物は検出されなかった ...
