Transcriptional network analysis of PTEN‐protein‐deficient prostate tumors reveals robust stromal reprogramming and signs of senescent paracrine communication

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Combining PTEN protein assessment and transcriptomic profiling of prostate tumors, we uncovered a network enriched in senescence and extracellular matrix (ECM) programs associated with PTEN loss and conserved in a mouse model. We show that PTEN‐deficient cells trigger paracrine remodeling of the surrounding stroma and this information could help ...

An Approach to Similarity Measure between Neutrosophic Soft Sets [PDF]

open access: yesNeutrosophic Sets and Systems, 2019
In this paper, we have defined different types of similarity measures between Neutrosophic Soft (NS) sets and studied some of their properties. Finally we have solve a real life problem by using similarity measure of neutrosophic soft sets.

On soft submaximal spaces

open access: yesHeliyon, 2022
In the present paper, detailed properties of soft submaximal topological spaces have been discussed. It starts by examining how well soft submaximal spaces behave when subjected to some operations, such as: taking soft subspaces, soft products, soft ...

soft sets, soft rough sets, soft pre-rough sets, information system, decision making

open access: yesAIMS Mathematics, 2023
For any real $ \beta $ let $ H^2_\beta $ be the Hardy-Sobolev space on the unit disc $ {\mathbb D} $. $ H^2_\beta $ is a reproducing kernel Hilbert space and its reproducing kernel is bounded when $ \beta > 1/2 $. In this paper, we prove that $ C_{\varphi } $ has dense range in $ H_{\beta }^{2} $ if and only if the polynomials are dense in a certain

Low-Energy Behavior of Gluons and Gravitons from Gauge Invariance

open access: yes, 2014
We show that at tree level, on-shell gauge invariance can be used to fully determine the first subleading soft-gluon behavior and the first two subleading soft-graviton behaviors. Our proofs of the behaviors for n-gluon and n-graviton tree amplitudes are

Plecstatin inhibits hepatocellular carcinoma tumorigenesis and invasion through cytolinker plectin

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The ruthenium‐based metallodrug plecstatin exerts its anticancer effect in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) primarily through selective targeting of plectin. By disrupting plectin‐mediated cytoskeletal organization, plecstatin inhibits anchorage‐dependent growth, cell polarization, and tumor cell dissemination.

Fermatean Vague Soft Set and Its Application in Decision Making

open access: yesMathematics
In this paper, we introduce the concept of Fermatean vague soft set and its operations, which are union, intersection, complement, subset, AND, and OR. An application of Fermatean vague soft set in decision-making according to the degree of preference is

New Normal Parameter Reduction Method in Fuzzy Soft Set Theory

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
Soft set theory is a good tool to deal with uncertain problems. The study of reduction problem is an important part of soft set theory. Different decision-making criteria lead to different reduction methods.

Gating Artificial Neural Network Based Soft Sensor [PDF]

open access: yes, 2008
This work proposes a novel approach to Soft Sensor modelling, where the Soft Sensor is built by a set of experts which are artificial neural networks with randomly generated topology.

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...
