Routing Protection Algorithm Based on Hybrid Software Defined Network [PDF]

open access: yesJisuanji gongcheng, 2020
In order to enable the Software Defined Network(SDN) to cope with the possible situations of single link failure in network, this paper proposes a routing protection algorithm based on hybrid SDN.The routing protection algorithm coping with the single ...

Constructing Energy-Aware Software-Defined Network Virtualization

open access: yes, 2015
Energy consumption, as well as carbon emission, from ITC is growing extremely. Such a growth trend therefore needs to be facilitated by the creation of an energy-efficient network as an effort in developing the future Internet.

Structural insights into an engineered feruloyl esterase with improved MHET degrading properties

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
A feruloyl esterase was engineered to mimic key features of MHETase, enhancing the degradation of PET oligomers. Structural and computational analysis reveal how a point mutation stabilizes the active site and reshapes the binding cleft, expading substrate scope.

Software Defined Network-Based Management for Enhanced 5G Network Services

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2020
Due to the fast development in communication technology and the emerging usage of Internet of Things (IoT) devices that produce a huge amount of data, the fifth generation (5G) mobile network is introduced to support this development. This mobile network

Dynamic reconfiguration technologies based on FPGA in software defined radio system

open access: yes, 2011
Partial Reconfiguration (PR) is a method for Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) designs which allows multiple applications to time-share a portion of an FPGA while the rest of the device continues to operate unaffected.

Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.

Septin 9 PB domains coordinate centrosome positioning and microtubule acetylation to control epithelial polarity

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Septin 9 polybasic domains couple phosphoinositide‐rich membrane binding to centrosome positioning, Golgi organization, and microtubule acetylation to control epithelial polarity. Their loss disrupts this axis, causing centrosome mispositioning, Golgi fragmentation, reduced microtubule acetylation, and polarity inversion via upregulation of the ...

SYMPHONY - A Controller Architecture for Hybrid Software Defined Networks

open access: yes, 2015
© 2015 IEEE. As enterprises migrate to SDN, a brown field network transitional state is inevitable, where both Software Defined and Legacy networks coexist.

Modulation of Homer1 EVH1 domain internal dynamics by putative autism‐associated mutations

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
The putative autism‐associated M65I and S97L variants of the EVH1 domain of the postsynaptic scaffold protein Homer1 do not exhibit substantial changes in their overall structure or partner binding. Both of them, but especially the M65I variant, show altered internal dynamics relative to the wild‐type domain on the μs‐ms timescale, indicated by the ...

Network divergence analysis identifies adaptive gene modules and two orthogonal vulnerability axes in pancreatic cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.
