The aim of this article is to estímate price-quality relatíon of Spain resorts from ‘sun and beach’ segment. This study uses initially observed prices, but after obtains net pnces -estimated-, discounting services and characteristics prices. Methodologically, this article is based in hedonic methods, often used in economic analysis.
