This study introduces a multi‐source data fusion framework for PV fault diagnosis that integrates an adaptive CNN with a collaborative data‐feature layer architecture. The evaluation of the physical properties of novel KHgF3 and FrHgF3 perovskites is explored. Both compounds are thermodynamically stable and mechanically ductile. Featuring narrow band gaps around 0.53–0.60 eV, these materials show strong potential for use in flexible infrared‐to‐visible optoelectronics and energy conversion devices.
